Apps covered in this guide
The main lead and interaction apps are Newsletter, Contact Form, Form Builder, Coupon Code, Phone, WhatsApp Group, Discord, Accordion, and Link Content or Button List patterns used to deliver resources.
Newsletter
Use Newsletter when you want to collect an email address directly from the Leaf. Give visitors a reason to subscribe and explain what they will receive.
Test the form with an address you control. Confirm the new subscriber appears in Dashboard under Audience.
Contact Form and Form Builder
Use Contact Form for a straightforward enquiry. Use Form Builder when you need a more tailored set of questions.
Ask only for information you will use. Short forms usually receive more completions. Avoid collecting sensitive personal information unless you have a clear operational and legal reason.
Coupon Code
Coupon Code presents an offer that visitors can copy or use. Include an understandable benefit, expiry information where relevant, and the destination where the code can be redeemed.
Test capitalization and spacing exactly as a customer would enter it.
Phone, WhatsApp, and Discord
Phone provides a direct contact action. WhatsApp Group and Discord send visitors to community destinations.
State what the channel is for and what response time to expect. Recheck invitation URLs regularly because community links can expire or be replaced.
