Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Mardi IO Pty Ltd (operating HuntLeaf) collects information that you provide directly to us when using HuntLeaf, including: your profile information, page content, account settings, payment information, and any other information you choose to provide. If you use our third-party integrations (such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Google Sheets), we may collect or process information necessary to facilitate those connections. We also automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

Mardi IO Pty Ltd uses the information we collect to: • Provide and maintain the HuntLeaf platform • Process and display your page content and customizations • Prepare, schedule, and publish selected content to authorized social accounts • Maintain authorized connections, monitor publication progress, and display engagement metrics • Process subscription payments and manage your account • Send you notifications about your account and platform updates • Prevent spam and abuse • Improve our platform and user experience • Communicate with you about your account and our services • Protect against fraudulent or illegal activity

3. Information Sharing

Mardi IO Pty Ltd does not sell your personal information. We may share your information with your consent, with service providers that assist our operations, when required by law, or to protect rights and safety. When you enable an integration, you authorize HuntLeaf to send the information required to provide it. For social publishing, this can include post text, selected media, scheduling instructions, destination links, and account or profile identifiers sent to the social networks you select. Those networks process the information under their own terms and privacy policies. Your public HuntLeaf page content is visible to visitors of your page.

4. Social Publishing Data

When you connect a social network, HuntLeaf processes OAuth authorization details, encrypted access or refresh credentials, granted scopes, token expiry information, provider account and profile identifiers, and connection-health events. Supported integrations may include Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, YouTube, X, and Snapchat where enabled and authorized. We also process drafts, campaigns, uploaded media, schedules, publication attempts, provider post identifiers and URLs, engagement metrics, and HuntLeaf-owned attribution events. Depending on the integration, data can include account names, avatars, channel identifiers, boards, playlists, media metadata, and publishing preferences. We use this information to provide the features you select. Provider credentials are encrypted at rest and are not exposed in client responses, support views, or application logs.

Connected Accounts and Page Widgets

When you select a connected account for an available page widget, HuntLeaf can reuse that authorized connection to retrieve and display the profile, feed, channel, board, or playlist information needed by the widget. You control which content is placed on your public page. Disconnecting a shared connection can affect both publishing and widgets that depend on it. Previously saved page content may remain until you edit or remove it. Embedded media is served by the relevant provider, which may receive device and browser information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy.

Google and YouTube Data

HuntLeaf uses YouTube API Services. With your authorization, we access channel identifiers and profile information, upload the videos and publishing settings you select, and retrieve video metadata, publication status, and permitted engagement statistics. Available YouTube page widgets use channel and playlist information to display the content you select. Authorized data is used to operate these features and is accessible to members with the relevant Brand permissions.

Google processes information under its Privacy Policy.

Google API data is also subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting YouTube stops publishing through that connection and starts deletion of its stored profile data, publication records, engagement metrics, and data in connected YouTube page widgets. We also start this cleanup when Google confirms that the stored authorization is no longer valid. Interrupted cleanup and revocation requests are retried. While revocation is pending, the encrypted credential is retained only to retry revocation and cannot be used for publishing. Original media and shared draft content remain in HuntLeaf; YouTube-specific scheduling targets and their settings are removed. Manually configured public channel or playlist widgets are separate from the connected account. This does not delete videos on YouTube.

In addition to disconnecting in HuntLeaf or requesting deletion through the contact details below, you can revoke HuntLeaf's Google authorization from your Google Account permissions settings.

5. Teams, Workspaces, and Brands

Content and social connections belong to the selected Brand within a Workspace. Workspace Owners and authorized team members may access or manage Brand content according to their assigned role. If you leave or delete your account from a shared Team or Agency Workspace, Brand records may remain under the control of the remaining Workspace Owners. Personal Workspace data is deleted with the account.

6. Retention, Disconnection, and Deletion

Except for the YouTube-specific deletion process described above, disconnecting a social network attempts provider revocation where supported, removes the local encrypted credential, and disables its profiles. Publication history, provider post references, metrics, and profile metadata may remain in Brand records after credentials are removed, subject to the provider's deletion requirements. You can request deletion of stored integration data by contacting hellohuntleaf@gmail.com and identifying the relevant Brand and connected account. Removing data from HuntLeaf does not delete posts already published on the social network. Unattached or abandoned media is removed according to the platform's cleanup schedule. Account deletion removes the user's Personal Workspace and its Brand social data; shared Team or Agency Workspace content remains with its other Owners. Backup retention and legally required records remain subject to applicable law and provider requirements.

7. Attribution and Analytics

HuntLeaf may associate a scheduled publication with a HuntLeaf link, page, product, blog post, or campaign destination. We distinguish provider engagement metrics from visits and conversions measured on HuntLeaf. Consent-dependent attribution is recorded only where the required consent is available, and visitors can control cookies as described below.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

As a HuntLeaf user, you have the right to: • Access your personal information held by Mardi IO Pty Ltd • Correct any inaccurate information • Request deletion of your account and information • Object to processing of your information • Export your data • Opt-out of marketing communications
