1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, free trials, and billing adjustments work for HuntLeaf, a product of Mardi IO Pty Ltd. It applies to subscription purchases made through HuntLeaf and should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.
2. Free Trial and First Charge
HuntLeaf currently offers a 7-day free trial for eligible users. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected paid plan will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged.
If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged for the first subscription period.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your HuntLeaf subscription at any time through your account settings or billing portal.
• Cancellation stops future renewals
• There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees
• If you cancel after a paid billing period has started, you will usually keep access until the end of your current billing period
• Cancelling does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period
4. General Refund Policy
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a paid billing period has started.
This means we generally do not offer:
• refunds for change of mind
• refunds for partial use of a monthly or yearly plan
• prorated refunds or credits for unused time
• refunds because you forgot to cancel before renewal
If you cancel, your subscription will usually remain active until the end of the period you already paid for.
5. When We May Consider a Refund
We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in limited situations, including:
• duplicate charges
• an incorrect charge caused by a billing error
• a technical issue on our side that prevented access to the paid service and could not be resolved within a reasonable time
• other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, limits, or replaces any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee that cannot legally be excluded, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, partial refund, contract cancellation, or other compensation depending on the nature of the problem.
7. How to Request a Refund Review
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or think you are entitled to a refund, contact us as soon as possible with:
• the email address on your account
• the date and amount of the charge
• a short explanation of the issue
• any supporting screenshots or receipts
We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please contact us before starting a chargeback where possible so we have a chance to investigate and resolve it quickly. We reserve the right to suspend or limit access to paid features while a chargeback or payment dispute is being reviewed.
