Welcome to HuntLeaf, a product of Mardi IO Pty Ltd. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our landing page builder, social planner, media library, analytics, and connected creator tools. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

'Service' refers to the HuntLeaf platform and all related services. 'User', 'You', and 'Your' refers to you, the person accessing our Service. 'We', 'Us', and 'Our' refers to Mardi IO Pty Ltd, the company that operates HuntLeaf.

By using HuntLeaf, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and pages • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations • Not post misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content • Not spam or abuse the platform • Respect intellectual property rights of others • Have authority to connect and publish to every social account, Page, profile, channel, or board you select • Follow each connected social network's platform terms, community rules, disclosure requirements, and applicable advertising laws • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes • Comply with all subscription terms and payment obligations

The HuntLeaf name, logo, website design, and all content not submitted by users are owned by Mardi IO Pty Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User-submitted content remains the property of the submitting user. You grant Mardi IO Pty Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, display, and distribute that content only as needed to provide HuntLeaf and publish it to the destinations you choose. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for submitted text, images, video, music, trademarks, and likenesses.

HuntLeaf provides integrations with services including email, spreadsheet, payment, storage, analytics, and social-network providers. Social publishing may include Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, YouTube, X, and Snapchat. Availability depends on the features enabled in HuntLeaf, your account permissions, and provider approval; an integration being described here does not guarantee access. Your use of each third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Providers may change APIs, permissions, rate limits, review requirements, or content availability without notice. Mardi IO Pty Ltd is not responsible for third-party practices, outages, moderation decisions, account restrictions, or removed content.

HuntLeaf uses YouTube API Services for its YouTube features. By using these features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

HuntLeaf helps prepare and transmit content at the time you request, but publication is not guaranteed. Delivery can be delayed or rejected by provider outages, expired permissions, rate limits, media processing, moderation, network conditions, or changes to third-party APIs. You remain responsible for reviewing content, destinations, schedules, disclosures, and platform-specific settings before publication. HuntLeaf records attempts and may retry eligible transient failures using safeguards intended to avoid duplicate posts. TikTok Direct Post publishes directly to your authorized account where enabled, subject to TikTok's processing and restrictions. In the separate Finish in TikTok flow, delivery to your TikTok inbox does not publish the content: you must finish editing and posting in TikTok. Snapchat Spotlight submissions remain subject to Snapchat processing and moderation before they become live. Disconnecting a provider or deleting a draft in HuntLeaf does not remove content already published on that provider. An upload or publication already in progress may complete after you disconnect.

Workspace Owners control membership and Brand access. Authorized members may create, review, schedule, publish, or analyze content according to their assigned permissions. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access, promptly removing former collaborators, and transferring ownership before deleting the account of a sole Team or Agency Workspace Owner. Shared Workspace content remains controlled by its remaining Owners when an individual member leaves or deletes an account.

HuntLeaf provides page creation, social planning and publishing, media management, and analytics tools. Mardi IO Pty Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or validity of any content created by users on our platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mardi IO Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or any content created through our platform.

Mardi IO Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through a notification on our platform. Your continued use of HuntLeaf after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
