How the Audience dashboard works
Audience brings together subscribers collected through your HuntLeaf newsletter and lead-capture experiences. It helps you find records, review subscription status, organize people with tags, and move data into or out of HuntLeaf.
An active subscription is required to use the Audience workspace.
Collect subscribers
Add a Newsletter or suitable form app to your Leaf. Explain what a person will receive before asking them to subscribe.
Submit the form with an address you control and confirm that the record appears in Dashboard, Audience before promoting the signup publicly.
Understand subscriber statuses
Audience records can have statuses such as Active, Unsubscribed, Bounced, or Complained.
- Active subscribers can receive the communications they agreed to.
- Unsubscribed records should not be treated as active recipients.
- Bounced addresses may be invalid or unable to receive mail.
- Complained records require particular care and should not be re-added casually.
Use the status filters to focus the table on the records you need.
Search and review records
Use the table search to find a subscriber. Review the stored contact information, status, tags, and dates before making changes.
Do not use private notes or tags to store passwords, payment details, medical information, or other sensitive data.
